Apple TV+ had a bit of a rocky start, with initial reviews for shows like The Morning Show and See pointing to relatively lackluster results. But, those shows turned things around before the ends of their first seasons, series like Dickinson and For All Mankind started out strong, and then Ted Lasso arrived. So, things are looking good -- especially with all that hardware due to Apple TV+'s award wins. But the streaming service can't rest!

It's the holiday season, which means popular entertainment is ready to show off a little bit. Apple TV+ is no different, and it's coming out swinging for the fences. Not only does it have a very special Peanuts special, but also a pair of episodes in two of its family-friendly shows as well.

In June of last year, we heard that Phil Lord and Chris Miller (The Lego Movie) were working on a new murder-mystery comedy, and that it would be coming soon to Apple TV+. But, 2020, and most of 2021, was pretty rocky. Which meant a wait was inevitable. But, that's almost finally over, as we finally have an actual premiere date to circle on the calendar.

It has been almost one year that we first heard about a new limited series called The Last Thing He Told Me coming soon to Apple TV+. News about the upcoming show has been quiet ever since. But that changed recently when news broke that the primary role in the series had been recast.
