Apple has seeded the second public betas of both macOS Catalina and tvOS 13 to public testers.
On Monday, Apple seeded the first public beta of iOS 13 and iPadOS, as well as the first public beta of macOS Catalina. And now the company has followed suit with tvOS, too.
The second developer beta of tvOS 13 that dropped yesterday includes support for Picture-in-Picture video playback, bringing this handy feature for the first time to the Apple TV box.
iOS 13 is the next major release for Apple's mobile operating system, and Apple is moving forward with the latest developer beta. Meanwhile, iPadOS is meant to show the turning point for the iPad lineup and Apple's new focus on the tablet lineup. tvOS 13, macOS Catalina, and watchOS 6 are also seeing major updates this year.
As promised, Apple has released the first betas of all of the platform updates it announced at its WWDC keynote earlier today. This includes iOS 13, tvOS 13, watchOS 6 and macOS 10.15. Registered developers can grab the betas from Apple's Dev Center.
Apple during today's WWDC keynote held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California announced some really cool new features coming to the tvOS software powering its Apple TV set-top box.
