It's that time of year again. Awards season. Which means it's right about that time when Apple gets to promote just how well its shows and films are doing on the streaming service Apple TV+. And this year there are quite a few nominations.
Way back in December of last year, Apple TV+ renewed the thriller series Servant from M. Night Shyamalan (The Visit, The Sixth Sense) for a third season. Now, more than a year later that season is finally about to actually start streaming.
Apple TV+ is already host to a lot of family-friendly content. And now it's going to be adding one more show to the mix. The streaming service has just confirmed another series order, which will be launching in the near future.
It's a bit of a renewal week for Apple TV+, it seems. Following on the heels of renewing the anthology mystery series Truth Be Told for a third season, Apple's doing the same for its alien invasion show, too.
Hot on the heels of confirming that it will be bringing back the mystery anthology series Truth Be Told, Apple's video streaming service will also be home to another comedy series at some point in the future. This one is from an executive producer on another hit comedy, and stars a pretty funny individual as well. Which could mean good things!
Apple is pretty quick to renew what it feels like is a hit show. While it hasn't renewed all of its initial series, most of them went on for more than one season at least. Truth Be Told has two under its belt now, and it will have one more to look forward to.
Apple TV+ already has itself an award from the Critics Choice Association, racking up a win on the back of Billy Crudup's performance in The Morning Show last year from the Critics Choice Awards. And now the streaming service has the possibility of winning a few more.

So, things are looking good -- especially with all that hardware due to Apple TV+'s award wins. But the streaming service can't rest!
