The Apple TV+ thriller series “Defending Jacob”, featuring “Captain America” star Chris Evans, is the first original title on the service to get its physical media release on Blu-ray and DVD.
Back in March of this year, we reported that Apple TV+ had secured itself a brand new comedy series from creators Alan Yang (Little America) and Matt Hubbard (30 Rock). At the time, the series was unnamed, but we didl earn that Maya Rudolph (The Good Place) would be starring in it.
Apple Studios is always on the hunt for another project to pick up and bring to Apple TV+ subscribers. It has just picked up the rights to another option, which it may be working towards a full series order. But, for now, things are in the initial stages.
