Throughout the year 2020, Apple TV+ was on a bit of a tear announcing new projects and first-look signings. But the whole entertainment industry was rattled by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, including Apple. So while many projects probably could have seen the light of day in 2021, that didn't end up happening. So now it's a bit of an avalanche.

News first broke about a new dramatic, limited TV series called The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey back in 2020. Things got quiet throughout 2021, but now that 2022 is here we can actually look forward to watching it. And to help build up some attention, we finally have the first official trailer.

In mid-January, Apple TV+ announced that it had secured the streaming rights to another documentary series. This one is called Lincoln's Dilemma, and as the title might suggest, will focus primarily on President Lincoln. But, of course, it's a documentary series so it will be digging much deeper than surface level content.

There are a lot of different TV shows on Apple TV+. We have workplace dramas. We've got post-apocalyptic tales. And of course plenty of films ranging in scope and themes. But what Apple TV+ has been missing is Kaiju, or giant monsters. But that's finally changing.

Apple TV+ has a lot of different projects in the works at any given time. And it turns out it has yet another series in the works based on a popular novel. And it has just found one of its lead actors.

Apple TV+ has been working towards bringing back the Fraggle Rock puppets for quite some time. And the wait is almost over, with the revival series about ready to make its debut on the streaming platform. Which means it's about time for a first look at the upcoming show.
