Customize your iOS device’s charging sound with Bezon

When you plug your iOS device into a power source or set it on a Qi-enabled wireless charger, be it an iPhone or and iPad, you’ll usually hear a charging chime so long as the device isn’t configured to be in silent mode.

Apple doesn’t provide you with a way to change your handset’s charging chime out of the box, but a new jailbreak tweak called Bezon by iOS developer DevelopApple can help in this department.

PingWatch gives your iPhone a more audible Lost and found tone

Sometimes you misplace your iPhone and it’s merely hiding in between the seat cushions on your couch rather than being lost out in public, and that’s why Apple includes a native feature on your Apple Watch called Lost and found, which forces your iPhone to emit a high-frequency sonar tone so that you can locate it with just your ears.

As cool as this feature is, many have expressed their concerns with the sound, noting that it isn’t loud or noticeable enough. Apple’s response to these concerns? – such is life. But iOS developer Lefteris Karkaletsis wanted to do more, and so he released a new jailbreak tweak called PingWatch to replace the native Lost and found tone with something more audible.

Sleeper augments your iPhone’s native alarm interface with much-needed features

The alarm feature found in your iPhone’s native Clock app is particularly useful when you need to wake up at a specific time every morning, but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to say that Apple could make iOS’ alarm interface a bit more intuitive.

iOS developer Joshua Seltzer recognized some of the inadequacies that are present in the iPhone’s native alarm interface, and to help combat those shortcomings, has just released a new jailbreak tweak called Sleeper in Cydia.

Roxanne lets you customize your jailbroken handset’s system sounds

Unless you live in silent mode all day, you should already know that your iPhone makes all sorts of different sounds as you perform certain actions like unlocking the device and typing on your keyboard. But don’t you ever wish you could customize those sounds to your liking?

With a new free jailbreak tweak called Roxanne by iOS developer iKilledAppl3, you can. This tweak brings a slew of options to the table for customizing the sounds of locking, unlocking, entering your passcode, typing, and opening/closing Home screen folders.

Customize your iPhone’s locking sound with CustomSounds
