Chameleon lets you colorize different aspects of iOS to your liking

If you’re looking to add an extra splash of color to your jailbroken handset, then you just might enjoy using a newly-released jailbreak tweak called Chameleon by iOS developer Sean Caissie.

At its heart, Chameleon is a full-fledged system colorization tweak for your iOS device. With it, you can colorize a plethora of different elements found in your handset’s operating system, including but not limited to:

This tweak lets you return to the first page of your Settings app with less effort

Diving deep into your Settings app can be an easy thing to do, especially if you venture into your handset’s Accessibility options. But jailbreakers often install jailbreak tweaks with extensive preference panes, which can sometimes make backing out to the primary Settings page a chore.

If you find yourself in the latter category more often than you’d like to admit, then you just might come to appreciate a newly-released free jailbreak tweak called Return2Prefs by iOS developer thazsar, as it puts a convenient shortcut in the Settings app’s Navigation Bar that makes returning to the original page a breeze.

Pwn20wnd updates unc0ver jailbreak to version 3.1.2 with more bug fixes

It was only yesterday that Pwn20wnd released unc0ver version 3.1.0 to the general public as “the biggest update to unc0ver yet,” but as it would seem, a few loose ends were found that needed tying.

Pwn20wnd followed up with two consecutive updates to the unc0ver jailbreak tool on Friday, subtly named version 3.1.1 and version 3.1.2. Each update purportedly incorporates bug fixes to stabilize some of the jailbreak’s app-centric features.

Pwn20wnd says major unc0ver update will be released “within a few days”

It’s been approximately one month since hacker and unc0ver lead developer Pwn20wnd released unc0ver v3.0.1 to the general public, and there’ve been no subsequent updates to the jailbreak tool since. But that’s all about to change.

As we reported just last week, Pwn20wnd is planning to release a substantial update for unc0ver with a plethora of bug fixes and stability improvements. At the time, we knew very little about the upcoming update; but Pwn20wnd has been somewhat vocal as of late regarding what we can expect:

Pwn20wnd teases substantial speed and stability improvements in upcoming unc0ver update

Those who’ve been closely subscribed to the jailbreak scene as of late might’ve noticed the sudden stereo silence from team unc0ver following the release of the Electra Team’s Chimera jailbreak for iOS 12.0-12.1.2, but don’t be fooled. Pwn20wnd still works on the unc0ver jailbreak to this day, but he doesn’t push updates as incrementally as before.

In a Tweet shared just this morning, Pwn20wnd said he’s been working on significant updates for both the unc0ver jailbreak tool and Cydia itself. Specific details regarding those updates aren’t yet known, but we do know that they should make things discernably faster and improve system stability:
