At the end of 2019, the Sileo Team launched a botched tool that could be used to port the Sileo package manager onto the bootrom exploit-based checkra1n jailbreak. The launch wasn’t as seamless as some would have hoped, lacking synergy with the official checkra1n installer app. Moreover, it uninstalled Cydia and checkra1n resources in place of Sileo and its own dependencies with seemingly no obvious way of reverting.

From what we can gather, Electra has officially reached the EOL (end of life) stage of its development and will no longer receive any support from the Electra Team going forward:

Thursday evening, CoolStar announced a second update to the alternative package manager since that announcement, formally bringing it up to version 1.5.2.

Citing the announcement, the decision to put Sileo’s development on hiatus stems from two significant factors, with the first being that CoolStar isn’t happy with Sileo’s acceptance rate in the jailbreak community and the other being out of exhaustion from contributing more to the project than the other project developers:
