Last month we showed you two absolutely hilarious videos about shit Apple fanboys say (part 2). It looks like someone took a page from that book and came up with a similar version, this time targeting Android users.
Titled "shit Android fanatics say", this video isn't quite as funny as its Apple counterpart, but I still got a good laugh out of it, and I'm sure you will too.

For today's WTF moment, I present you this publicity stunt depicting the Surface RT falling from about 30 inches high and onto a hardwood floor, courtesy of Microsoft's Surface Reliability Lab and straight via the Surface team's official channel on YouTube. Unlike your ordinary drop test, this one has a twist to it, just watch. Spoiler: it survives the drop. Fortunately, Microsoft didn't go as far to credit the gizmo's vapor-deposited magnesium chassis for that.
Of course the clip is geeky - this is Microsoft, after all. The company is many things, but you can't blame them from exploiting social media on a Friday to spread the word about their iPad contender. The Surface RT runs an ARM-based chip, it looks snappy, and its tile-based interface introduces a fresh new approach to tablet computing. For the most part, the iPhone 5 has been well-received by customers. Reviews of the handset have been very positive, with most folks saying it's well worth the upgrade for previous iPhone owners.
But in addition to all of the praise, we've also heard a lot of complaints regarding the smartphone. There's the iOS 6 Maps debacle and the scratching, and don't forget the camera's purple haze issue.
So last night, the folks over at Saturday Night Live decided to address these complaints as only it knows how. You have to watch this hilarious clip from SNL's new episode called "Tech Talk: iPhone 5..."
Apple upset thousands of users last month when it introduced a new charging port for its mobile devices. It replaced the decade-old 30-pin dock connector with a new Lightning plug, rendering millions of cables and old accessories virtually useless.
Of course, Apple offers adapters that will allow users to connect their new iPhones and iPod touches to older accessories. But, at a minimum of $30 bucks a pop, this hasn't exactly won over the angry. In fact, for some this may have been the last straw...
Adamant to lure folks to its retail stores, Microsoft loves to hire famous recording artist to perform for its customers. For example, Flo Rida, The Black Keys, Justin Bieber and Lenny Kravitz all played for Microsoft Stores in the past.
But something clearly went wrong with this one. Much to the bewilderment of store staffers, young rapper Machine Gun Kelly a.k.a. MGK (not to be confused with an American gangster during the Prohibition era) at one point jumped on the floor displays to do his act.
He bugged out terribly, destroying several notebook PCs in the process until staffers abruptly cut his mic. I guess MGK won't be performing for Microsoft in the foreseeable future...

In addition to Mapgate and Scuffgate, another controversy involving Apple is making rounds on the web. Comedian and television host Conan O'Brien jumped on the opportunity to scold Apple over the rioting which swept the iPhone 5 plant in Asia. One of the most noticeable and talked about features of the iPhone 5 is its new display. For the first time, Apple has made the handset's screen larger, bumping it up to right around 4-inches.
But in order to maintain usability, Apple only increased the height of the display, not the width. And this has spawned some criticism from the tech world, as well as this hilarious parody...
