Apple is set to open a new store, Apple Hebbal, in Bengaluru, India, on 2nd September 2025. As is customary with all new Apple Store openings globally, this one also comes with a unique, official wallpaper.
The Apple Hebbal store wallpapers for iPhone, iPad, and Mac feature a solid dark blue background (hex code #05002F) and a gorgeous Apple logo in the center, made up of peacock feathers. The peacock is the national bird of India and also holds religious significance.
About the new Apple Hebbal Store
Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru is Apple’s third official store in India, following Apple BKC in Mumbai, which opened in April 2023, and Apple Saket in New Delhi, which opened soon after in the same month.
Bengaluru (or Bangalore), often referred to as the Silicon Valley of India, is a major city in the southern part of the country, boasting a thriving tech startup ecosystem and offices of numerous global companies.
It was expected that, after Mumbai (the financial capital of India) and New Delhi (the actual capital), Bengaluru would be the strongest contender for an official store from Apple, a company that has been growing at a healthy rate in the world’s most populous country for multiple years now.
Along with the usual services, the new store will also offer device trade-ins, Today at Apple Sessions, and Genius Bar Drop-Ins.
About the name ‘Hebbal’
Apple is opening this new store in Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bellary Road, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru. Just 5.5 kilometers away, or about a 15-minute drive from the mall, lies the famous Hebbal Lake, a centuries-old landmark that’s the inspiration behind Apple’s latest store in the city.
