New to the Nomad Apple Watch band lineup starting Tuesday, July 15th is a Carbon Black colorway for the brand’s ultra-rugged and highly popular Rocky Point band.
Nomad says this new color way is infused with ultra-fine carbon powder to create the deepest and darkest black Apple Watch band they’ve ever made. And best of all, it pairs with carbon-coated black titanium hardware, which goes so nicely with Apple’s black titanium Apple Watch Ultra 2.
Built from FLK rubber, just like all of Nomad’s other Rocky Point bands, the new Carbon Black colorway is fully waterproof and resistant to sweat. Moreover, channels integral to the band’s design makes it breathable on any wrist, preventing discomfort during workouts.
Nomad have made black Apple Watch bands before, but they’re adamant that the carbon powder infusion makes this particular shade of black stand out from the crowd. Whether you have a black titanium Apple Watch Ultra 2 or some other similarly-sized Apple Watch in the 45mm or 49mm case size range, this is a band that stands out and fits so incredibly nicely.
Thanks to the adjustable nature of this band, it doesn’t matter if you have smaller wrists like I do or larger wrists. Nomad’s Rocky Point band offers comfort for people of all shapes and sizes, while looking the part.
If you’re interested in a special edition Carbon Black Rocky Point band for Apple Watch, then you can head over to Nomad’s website starting today where it’s available for $79. The company notes that this color is only available in the United States at this time, but we expect that might change in the future.
