Sometimes the calming patter of rain is a soothing respite, especially during the hottest days of summer heat. Our iPhone being the window through which we spend a majority of our time viewing the world, can be calmed with a thin layer of rain droplets to remind ourselves to look out an actual window.
This rainy water droplets bokeh wallpaper pack is perfect to calm to our busy device windows.
Water droplets bokeh iPhone

According to adobe, “‘bokeh’ is a word with Japanese origins, defined as ‘the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light.’” In this collection, the photographers are combining the bokeh effect with a rain droplet medium.
Taking these photographs with a focal point on the water droplets helps create the blurry light bokeh effect in the background. Canva gives the advice to “maximize the bokeh effect of your lens, by creating considerable distance between your subject and the background.”
Nikon, naturally as a camera company, takes this a bit farther, claiming “the effect of soft out-of-focus background that you get when shooting a subject, using a fast lens, at the widest aperture, such as f/2.8 or wider.”
The effect is captured in these seven wallpaper downloads, by various photographers. I curated the images from unsplash.com, which is a license free, online photographer community.
