turdus merula firmware downgrade utility for A9-A10(X)

There’s a new firmware downgrading utility called turdus merula for A(9)-A10(X) devices that allows for either tethered or untethered firmware downgrades on supported devices, regardless of SEP compatibility, all thanks to an SEP exploit.

This works with all firmware versions on supported devices, but it’s macOS-only at this point in time. It’s also completely free to use.

Delta gets multiplayer support

Delta v1.7 released with online multiplayer.

Delta, which is the most popular game emulator app for the iPhone and iPad platforms, received an update this past week to version 1.7 with official online multiplayer support for Nintendo DS games like Mario Kart and Pokémon.

The update, which first launched in AltStore PAL, is also available in the App Store, allowing all players worldwide to take advantage of this amazing feat.

Nugget updates

The Nugget SparseRestore-based iPhone customization utility received a series of updates this past week, adding new features such as video wallpapers, improving the software’s usability, and boosting performance.

g1lbertJB gets Windows support

A jailbroken iPhone 4S.

The g1lbertJB untethered jailbreak for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad (1st & 2nd generations), and iPod touch (3rd & 4th generations) has been updated to version 1.0.5, adding Windows support for the first time.

AniTime

The new AniTime jailbreak tweak displays your iPhone or iPad’s Lock Screen time with the friendly added aesthetic of animated anime characters.

These anime characters are highly customizable, allowing you to adjust size, spacing, and animation, among other things.

CatVNC v1.6.1 released: Improve port forwarding compatibility ($5.99 via Havoc repository – review post)

Jade v1.0.5 released: Fix an issue that caused Control Center to not open, fix an issue that caused some settings to not be interpreted correctly ($2.49 via Chariz repository – review post)

Lonie v4.9 released: Add new app icons ($2.99 via Havoc repository – review post)

MGInspector: Easily inspect your device’s MobileGestalt information (free via BigBoss repository)

UIScroller v1.0.5 released: Added a new auto-disable scrolling feature (after X minutes), added a new slow speed to the auto-scrolling, added support for RootHide (free via developer’s GitHub page)

YouTube Legacy v1.1.0 released: Add Play option when you tap on the video more button (to work around video not playing when you tap on the video) (free via PoomSmart’s repository)
