Presets lets jailbreakers organize and run shell commands more conveniently with power features

If you’re an iPhone jailbreaker who considers shell commands to be an important part of your daily device customization workflow, then you might be able to make use of a newly released app called Presets by iOS developer Hans32.

Presets app user interface.

Presets is best described as an app that lets you run shell commands from pretty much anywhere. Not only can you scroll through a list of preset shell commands you’ve saved, but you can run them with built-in logs and view the results in real time.

Among some of the highlight features of Presets are color organization to help you keep your shell commands organized, a root (sudo, run as root) indicator so that you can select the command permissions, starting directories so that you choose where those commands take place, and so much more.

The Presets app makes your shell command collection appear not only organized, but also aesthetically pleasing. The app makes it easy to discern between commands you’ve added and invoke them on demand, depending on what you may need at any given moment, without having to type them out manually each time.

The developer notes that if you experience bugs in this app and a new version gets released, you may have to uninstall Presets before installing the latest version. For all other users who don’t experience bugs, you can ignore this suggestion.

If you’re interested in giving the Presets app a try for yourself, then you can currently download it for free from the Havoc repository via your favorite package manager app. Thet weak supports jailbroken iOS 15 and later devices.
