Add a ringer/silent toggle to Control Center on jailbroken devices with RingerToggle (CCSupport)

On newer devices such as the iPhone 15 Pro series and the entire iPhone 16 series, the long-accustomed ringer/silent switch on the left side of the device above the volume buttons has been replaced with a customizable Action Button.

As a consequence of this, ringer/silent functionality can be assigned to that button, or alternatively routed to a Control Center-based toggle button. Now, iOS developer ichitaso is bringing a similar experience to all iPhones whether they have an Action Button or not with a newly released CCSupport add-on called RingerToggle (CCSupport).

As you can see in the screenshot examples above, all RingerToggle does is add a button to Control Center that lets you toggle between between ringer active and ringer silent modes, just like the hardware-based ringer/silent switch used to let you do.

Users can enable the toggle button in Control Center post-installation by navigating to Settings > Control Center and dragging n the toggle into the active section if they haven’t already done so.

In doing this, users are free to reassign the ringer/silent switch to some other action with another jailbreak tweak with no discernible loss in functionality, effectively mimicking the Action Button-like user experience on jailbroken ringer/silent switch-equipped devices.

If you’re interested in giving the new RingerToggle (CCSupport) jailbreak tweak a try for yourself, then you can download it for free from Ichitaso’s personal repository via your favorite package manager app. The tweak supports any device with CCSupport installed on it, given that CCSupport is a necessary dependency.

If you aren’t already using Ichitaso’s personal repository, and you’d like to add it to your package manager app, then you may do so by using the following URL:
