I just bought this mouse for 15% off and you should too

It’s not very often I get to pitch something I just bought myself–I’d go broke if I purchased every deal, every day—but I am happy to be able to do that today. Over the long weekend I grabbed a Logitech MX Master 3S on sale for 15% off. I have long been a fan of the Logitech MX family, and after using a lightweight RGB gaming mouse for the past year or so, I was itching to rejoin it.

I’ve only been using the Master 3S for a few days now, but it is everything you’d want in a wireless mouse. It’s comfortable, accurate, and powerful. It has ultra-fast scroll wheels, several customizable buttons, and can quickly switch between three devices. The battery can last for up to 70 hours, you can charge it via USB-C while using it, and a quick 1-minute charge gives you three hours of usage.

8 reasons why you should purchase the Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac

Current price – $85 is a great deal for this normally $100 mouse. It’s still pricey, yes, but in my opinion it is 100% worth it. If you want more savings, you can opt to purchase from Best Buy and hunt down some discounted Best Buy gift cards (this is what I did, but note that I am a professional).

Battery life – get up to 70 hours of usage per charge with the Master 3S. That is impressive. When the battery does eventually run low, you can use the mouse while charging it via USB-C. And if you are in a pinch, a quick 1-minute charge will get you up to three hours of usage. What more could you want?

Accuracy and performance – if I say this mouse has an 8K DPI track-on-glass sensor does that mean anything to you? No? Ok, well let me put it like this. I noticed an immediate difference in speed and pinpoint accuracy when I switched from the aforementioned gaming mouse to the Master 3S.

Magspeed scrolling – if you have ever found yourself in a PDF or other project file with hundreds of slides or pages, you know why super fast scrolling is such a big deal. The Master 3S has dual scroll wheels for vertical and horizontal scrolling and they are both whisper quiet and buttery smooth.

All-day comfort – is the MX Master 3S a larger mouse? Yes. But it is notably smaller than my first-gen Master mouse, so there has been some refinement there over the years, and with medium-sized hands, I find it extremely comfortable to use for long periods at a time. The ergonomics are incredible.

Customizable controls – setup app-specific customizations using the Logi Options+ software to make your work flow fast and more efficient. There are predefined macOS and app-specific profiles, or you can create your own by mapping one of the several smartly-placed buttons on the Master 3S.

Multi Mac or devices – Easily connect to and quickly switch between up to 3 Mac or iOS devices with Bluetooth Low Energy. Not only does this allow you to seamlessly switch between devices but you can also effortlessly transfer text, images and files between them.

90% quieter clicks – this isn’t a selling point for everyone, but it is certainly worth noting. Clicking buttons on the Master 3S still delivers the satisfying ‘click’ feeling without the annoying clicking sound. It’s tactile feedback without the audio.
