10 reasons why this Philips 4K display is a must-buy at nearly 40% off

As you probably know, we tend to keep our daily deals budget-friendly. That’s why you see so many batteries, chargers, and other accessories—we try to strike a delicate balance between finding things that you actually need and want to buy, and things that are affordable enough that you will buy.

But I’m throwing all of that out of the window for today’s deal, because it’s simply too good to pass up. This is the Philips Creator Series 4K display. It has a 27-inch frameless IPS panel, USB-C docking with 96W PD charging, a built-in KVM switch and tons of ports, a 4-year warranty, and it’s currently at an all-time low price of $210.

10 reasons why this Philips 4K display is an absolute must-buy

  1. Price – at $210, this display is 36% off its retail price of $330. It’s also an all-time low price that beats the previous all-time low by nearly $100.
  2. 4-year warranty – this is an advanced replacement warranty, and it immediately takes out one of the biggest concerns for any expensive electronic purchase: will it still work in 1,2, or 3 years? The industry standard is 1-year; some brands will do 2. But 4 years, at this price, is unheard of.
  3. Display – 3840×480 resolution, DisplayHDR 400 certified, IPS black semi gloss, 4ms response time, and incredible color gamut coverages. This is not necessarily a high-performance gaming display, but it does produce beautiful, detailed images that makes it perfect for creative work.
  4. Design – I mean, just look at this thing. It has an edge-to-edge, frameless design that does not at all look like a $200 monitor. Plus, from the back it actually kind of looks like an iMac or a previous-gen Apple display.
  5. USB-C docking – forget all of the messy wires. With USB-C docking, you can connect one USB-C cable from your MacBook to this display and it will handle the audio, the video, and the charging. And it’s fast-charging, at that, with a max speed of 96W PD.
  6. Built-in KVM – this stands for keyboard, video (monitor), mouse, and the built-in switch on this display allows you to connect multiple computers at once and control them with a single keyboard, monitor and mouse.
  7. MultiView and PiP – Multiview allows you to see multiple computer sources on the display at once. This can be set up in a side-by-side view, where each computer source gets half of the display, or in a picture-in-picture mode, where the main source gets the bulk of the screen, and the secondary source gets a smaller window.
  8. Connectivity – in addition to the 96W USB-C PD port and the KVM switch, you also have the following ports: HDMI, DisplayPort, DisplayPort out, USB-C 3.2 gen 2 upstream, USB-C downstream, four USB-A downstream (with 1 for fast charge), and audio. So it’s essentially a complete hub.
  9. Daisy-Chain – since it has both in and out DisplayPorts, this means you can daisy-chain multiple monitors together with ease.
  10. Versatility – the included stand is height adjustable and it swivels and pivots so you can get the ultimate viewing angle. It is also VESA compatible, which means you can easily attach a VESA mount for even more flexibility.
