At the end of March, we shared with you the news about a new utility called Semaphorin, which is a tethered blobless downgrade, dual-boot, and jailbreak utility for certain checkm8 bootrom exploit-vulnerable devices.

Just over the weekend, Semaphorin was updated to version 1.0 beta 3, adding support for devices with all of the following chips:
- A7
- A8
- A9
- A9X
- A10
The project’s GitHub page also notes that support for A10X and A11 isn’t there yet but is coming soon.
The latest update comes after the second beta released 27 days ago (at the time of this writing) added support for the following devices running iOS 10.3.3-11.1:
- iPad mini 3
- iPad mini 4
- iPad Air 2
- iPhone 6/6 Plus
- iPhone 6s/6s Plus
- iPhone SE (2016)
The original build only supported the iPad Air 1, iPad mini 2, and iPhone 5s running iOS 7.0-8.0 beta 4, so the gradual increase in support for mode devices on newer firmware versions has remained steady.
