This addition to the Sunday iDB Wallpapers of the Week collection was found by our own writer, Ankur. A new artist featured in the gallery, @upintheozone, mentions that this is their first wallpaper collection. Great work, Jia!
This collection of four-season gradients takes colors from around the world and softly blends them together in this wallpaper pack. Jia describes the downloads as “a collection of stunning sunsets and sunrises from locations around the world. Despite all of the same sky, each one is remarkably different and equally beautiful. I hope you enjoy them.”
Below is a small selection of five downloads. Spanning hemispheres, different times, and different seasons, the featured backgrounds also fully capture distinct gradient color palettes.
My two favorites are Summer Beijing and Autumn Skies of Europe. Beijing grabs my attention because of the primarily purple color scheme. This is quickly followed by the pop of golden autumn sun from Europe.
Jia is offering a total of 15 “Colors, Around the World” downloads. You can find the full package on Gumroad, where the collection is $0+, and donations are appreciated for access but not required. Grab sunrise and sunset downloads from all four seasons and locations ranging from Boston to Shanghai, China.
