Learn how to use the Superzoom feature in your Instagram story to zoom in on the subject, along with some special effects to tell your story in a unique way.
Instagram offers some nifty features for creating your stories. You spice up the story with screen effects or add music to make it lively. Along with these options is another feature called Superzoom.
Superzoom is pretty much what the name implies. You capture a short video that automatically zooms in to the center without you lifting a finger. This is a cool way to show objects in a landscape, faces on people, or food on a plate.
Use Superzoom for a story on Instagram
1) Open the Instagram app on your iPhone and swipe right on the Home tab to create a new story. You can also tap the plus sign at the bottom and select Story.
2) Instagram story camera will open now. Swipe left on the row of effects next to the shutter button until you reach the end. Now, tap the Browse effects button.
3) Use the search bar to find the Superzoom effect and tap it. After that, tap the camera preview at the top to return to the story-creation screen.
4) Select an effect that displays an accompanying visual and dramatic sound. You can choose from Heart, Fire, Bummer, TV Show, Dramatic, Beats, Paparazzi, Surprise, Nope, and Bounce.
5) Tap the spot on the screen you want to zoom in on, then tap the shutter button to capture the video for your story.
6) When you finish, you can review and share your story as you normally do.
