If you can’t see the media your family members have purchased

Keep in mind that accounts enrolled in Family Sharing can opt to stop sharing their media and app purchases by venturing into Settings > Family Purchase Sharing. From here, they can tap Stop Purchase Sharing. This stops other family members from seeing their iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store purchases.

If you can’t find a purchase by a family member, ask them to follow the above steps and tap Purchase Sharing > Continue > Turn On.

In case the problem continues, sign out of your Apple ID and sign in again.
