Or, save yourself some time by bookmarking all open tabs with a hidden Safari option by following these instructions below on devices running iOS 26 and iPadOS 26.
Save open Safari tabs as bookmarks on an iPhone or iPad
1) Open Safari tabs you’d like to save for later, hit the three-dotted icon next to the address bar, and choose All Tabs in the menu.
2) You’ll now see an overview of your open tabs. Tap the three-dotted menu again and choose the option labeled Add Bookmarks for N Tabs.
3) Name the new bookmarks folder for open tabs or select an existing one by tapping Favorites and choosing a location, then hit Save.
If your iPhone runs iOS 18 or older, or you use the Bottom tabs layout in Safari on iOS 26 (selectable in the Safari settings), follow these steps instead:
1) Hold the Bookmark button in Safari and choose Add Bookmarks for N Tabs from the menu.
2) This will create a new folder for your Safari tabs; give it a custom name, choose a folder location, and tap Save.
This option won’t save your pinned tabs unless the Bottom tabs layout is selected. If you keep multiple tabs open in Safari without saving them as bookmarks, this is a handy time-saver, so bookmark this article for future reference.
